This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information when you visit isemediaagency.com (the "Site"), use our pricing tools, contact us, book a call, or engage us for marketing services (together, the "Services").

- Pricing and travel calculator inputs: Business addresses or locations you enter so we can estimate travel distance and cost. Address suggestions may be processed through third-party geocoding services.
- Scheduling data: Details you provide when booking a call through Calendly or similar tools.
- Marketing preferences: Your choices about receiving service or marketing communications.
- Payment-related data: Invoicing details needed to bill for services. Payment card data, if collected, is typically processed by our payment processors under their privacy policies.
Information from third-party sources
- Platforms you authorize: When you hire us, we may access campaign, analytics, hosting, CRM, or social data in accounts you grant us permission to use.
- Public and partner sources: Public business listings, social profiles, referral partners, or publicly available information relevant to a prospective engagement.
- Service providers: Hosting, analytics, form, scheduling, email, and similar providers that help us operate the Site or deliver work.

We do not sell personal information for money. Like many websites, we use analytics tools that may receive device and usage identifiers. 6. Third-party services on this Site
The Site may connect to or embed tools operated by third parties, including:

- Calendly for scheduling
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights
- Photon and OpenStreetMap Nominatim for address lookup and travel estimation

7. AI-assisted workflows
We may use AI tools internally for research, drafting, editing support, automation, and workflow efficiency. We do not use Site form submissions to train public AI models. Client materials are handled under the applicable service agreement and our provider contracts.
8. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention length depends on the nature of the information, the engagement, and legal requirements. We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for reporting.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices
- Marketing emails: Opt out using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Cookies and tracking: See our Cookie Notice for browser controls and provider opt-outs.
- Do Not Track: Some browsers send Do Not Track signals. We do not currently respond to those signals.
- Declining to provide information: You can choose not to provide information, but some Site features or services may not work without it.
11. State privacy rights
Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with comprehensive privacy laws) may have rights regarding personal information, subject to legal limits. Depending on your state, those rights may include:

We may need to verify your identity and residency before responding. You may also designate an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may require proof of authority.
Sale and sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. If you want to opt out of any processing that may be treated as a "sale" or "share" under state law, email the same address with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.
Sensitive personal information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers. If you voluntarily include sensitive details in a message or form, we use that information only to respond and deliver services.
California Shine the Light: California residents may request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes by emailing us with the subject "Shine the Light Request," your full name, mailing address, and confirmation that you are a California resident.
Nevada: Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell covered information. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. To make a request, email us with the subject "Nevada Opt-Out."
12. Children's privacy
The Site and Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
13. International visitors
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
