How much does a one-day video shoot cost with IseMedia?

A half day is $850 for 3 hours of crew time. A full day is $1,350 for 6 hours. Both include gimbal, drone, pro audio, and a cloud folder of every clip. Travel is $2.50 per mile from our Califon, NJ studio, and drive time both ways comes out of the hours you booked. Edited reels are $175 each if you want us to cut them.

Does travel count against the 3 or 6 hours?

Yes. You are buying our time, not a guaranteed number of hours on the sticks. If it takes 90 minutes to reach Lavalette from Long Valley, that drive is part of the window, both ways. The calculator shows your remaining on-site filming time as soon as you enter the address. If a half day would be mostly travel, we will steer you to a full day.

How does IseMedia calculate travel for a one-day shoot?

Same as our monthly plans: a flat $2.50 per mile from the Califon, New Jersey studio. Within about 10 minutes, there is no travel charge. Beyond 100 miles we build a custom quote. Type your address on this page for the exact number.

What is included in a one-day shoot?

The same production kit as our monthly social plans: professional videographers, gimbal, drone, pro audio, true 4K vertical, and every clip delivered in a cloud folder you own. Posting and monthly editing are not included. Add edited reels at $175 each if you want cuts from the day.

Should I book a one-day shoot or a monthly social plan?

If you will film more than once a quarter, the monthly plan is the better buy. Monthly plans start at $850 and include the filming day plus a month of editing, captioning, and posting. One-day shoots are built for grand openings, seasonal projects, or businesses that only want footage a few times a year.

Do I own the footage from a one-day shoot?

Yes. Every clip is organized in a cloud folder and is yours forever, whether you take footage-only or add edited reels.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. A one-day shoot is a single date. No monthly minimum, no setup fee. If you later want the feed run for you, you can move to a monthly plan anytime.
